She holds a master's degree in clinical nutrition from Rush University Medical Center and completed her yoga teacher trainings through CorePower Yoga and Charm City Yoga. In her downtime, she enjoys running, baking, being outdoors, and spending time with her family. She resides in Baltimore, Maryland, with her husband and daughter.
