Veggie yogurt bites are a mess-free way to offer your baby a tasty snack, combining a variety of vegetables with YoBaby yogurt in one go!

- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, broccoli, etc.), steamed and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup YoBaby yogurt
- 2 tablespoons finely grated cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a mini muffin tin with a small amount of olive oil.
- Combine the finely chopped mixed vegetables in a mixing bowl with YoBaby yogurt. If you’re using grated cheese, add it to the mixture, and mix well.
- Stir in the whole wheat flour and crack in the egg. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until you have a well-combined batter.
- Add garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasonings based on your baby’s preferences.
- Spoon the batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup almost to the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15-18 minutes or until the bites are golden brown and set in the center.
- Allow the veggie yogurt bites to cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, these bites can be served directly to your baby. They are a convenient and mess-free way to introduce vegetables and yogurt in a tasty package.
