Maria is a Certified Transformational EFT Coach who helps moms struggling to find joy and fulfillment in motherhood and clear past traumas and emotional blocks so they can live in alignment with their authentic selves and break generational cycles of trauma. She also holds a Master's in Psychology with a Marriage and Family Concentration. Additionally, she spent years working with special needs kids as a therapist, tutor, and hippotherapy volunteer. Maria is also a Highly Sensitive Parent and mom to a Highly Sensitive Child. She and her son struggle to cope with the sensory overload of daily life and create a duo that gets easily overwhelmed in situations that don’t pose much of a challenge for others. She uses her work and motherhood experience to help other parents who find their parenting experience overwhelming and would like to thrive in their new role as parents.
